The Express machines have a real impact on production for companies spending to many labor dollars inserting hinges and other hardware. The machines have the additional benefit of simplfying insertion which helps to eliminate costly mistakes.

Gannomat has produced die and magazines to insert many different hinge types, including wrap hinges, euro face frame and standard euro arm hinges with and without plates attached. In addition, the Express will insert all types of hinge plates exclusive of the hinge.

Like the Express S2 for hinges, the Express S2 RTA takes the labor out of inserting Rafix fittings. Inserting these fittings has always been a time comsuming task. Single post cams are even harder than the double post cams because they don't self align. The Express RTA machine drills and inserts all cams flush and perpendicular to the edge of the workpiece eliminating the problem of mis-aligned fittings. It's not just the speed of the Express that counts but also the quality of the finished product it produces.

The Express RTA machines will insert double and single post fittings, plastic or metal. They will also insert the flush single post fittings.

The machines drill and automatically insert fittings in six seconds. The fittings are installed flush and aligned perpendicular to the edge of the panel. The machines are not only fast but materials and labor are saved because the fittings are properly inserted each time.
