The Index Trend is Gannomat's second generation CNC drilling, gluing and insertion machine. The Trend offers CNC flexibility for doweling casegoods, drawers and frames in solid wood and composite materials.

The machine is available in five working lengths to meet all production requirements. (1300mm, 1800mm, 2300mm and 2800mm and 3300mm). Various accessories include top drilling, CNC control of all axis,additional drills and inserters, pocket routing amd angle drilling for beveled parts.

The Index Trend is priced to offer the best value for your drilling, gluing and insertion production.

The tooling platform travels by rack and pinion and servo motor. Adjustments for y and z-axis are made at the rear of the machine.

The two linear guideway supports are part of the table box beam and are milled as one for maximum accuracy between the table surface and the tooling platform.

The computer utilizes the XP operating system as well as Gannomat production software. Networking and bar code programming are included with the software package.

The Trend is a four address machine.
Each address can be programmed with the same operation or different operations
