CONSTRUCTION:

• Robust steel-base construction with strong guides and profile linear bearings for automatic movement of the right-side station.
• Workpiece sizes are programmed by the electronic-control-unit. 99 programs can be stored.
• Min. length of workpiece 200 mm (8 inch), max. length of workpiece 1230 mm (48 inch) or 1800 mm (70 inch).
• Pneumatic up and down movement of the drilling and inserting unit is on profile linear bearings.
• Boring depth, inserting depth and drilling height position settings are by mechanical digital counter.
• Mechanical dowel diameter and dowel length control prevents the insertion of oversize (+2 mm) dowels.
• Automatic in-feed and return-system for workpiece transport with conveyor-belts and pneumatic stops controlled by electronic sensors.
• Completely closed glue system with max. 24 bar glue pressure through high pressure glue pump eliminates the hardening of the glue in the glue nozzle and the need for frequent cleaning of the glue system.
• Setting of glue amount by potentiometer through electronic control.
• Glue container control light for indicating low volume of glue in the glue canister.
