The Index Logic is designed for the shop requiring a CNC drilling and dowel inserting machine for flat panel processing of parts for cabinets.

The Logic has a two position table with two fences (addresses). The table, with side fences installed is 700mm wide.

Side fences are removable so that larger work pieces can be processed.

     
 

Windows XP Professional Operating System with Gannomat's Menu based production software runs with all client production software. A touchscreen allows the operator to setup quickly when manually calling up a program.

   
 

The tooling platform traverses the insertion line on linear bearings by rack and pinion drive. Both the rack and the linear bearings are attached directly to the one piece torsion box table for maximum accuracy.

Adjustments for drilling and insertion depth and height are made with digital counters at the rear of machine.

The Index logic has a closed glue system with the following advantages: No dust or contaminants can get into the glue. Flushing of the system is only neccessary during maintenance or when the machine is not going to be run for several days. There is no bladder type pump (a major wear item) in the system. The glue or water is pressure fed so a bladder pump is unneccessary.
