The machine has the following advantages

The Express will insert plastic and metal cams as well as the flush fittings by Hafele.
Control panel switching (from left to right) includes. Program selection, front stop position selection and machine control on switch. 
Popup stops align the workpiece in the the machine for accurate cam insertion. In the "A" program, which is the mirror image program, the stops cycle so that the offside stops are extended or retracted depending on which end of the workpiece is being drilled and inserted. The front stops (white arrows) can be extended when longer panels are to be processed (center switch in control panel photo).
For repeatable setups a ruler and positionable stops are provided. The right drilling and inserting unit travels laterally.
The left head on the Express S2 rta is stationary and the right head opens
and closes for different workpiece widths. The brake for the right head is released by pushing the green button on the handle on the right head. It will than move along linear bearings for an effortless setup.
