The Concept Primus is a multi-purpose caseclamp with interlocking vertical and horizontal beams. The Clamp was designed to save time and labor in medium and large production plants. Clamping pressure is applied by electromagnetic motors, no air required. Clamping pressure is variable from 1000 to 3500 kg.The Concept comes in two models the Concept 70, 700mm deep and the Concept 90 Dimensions: Clamping dimensions: 6" min x100-1/2" max. x 6" min. x 55" max. Keypad functions include six programs for clamping, plus pressure regulation, workpiece count and clamping timer.

Horizontal beams are double aminated and than milled with a slight inward bow for maximum strength and even pressure over the 100" clamping length.

Sensors size the cabinet as beams approach the clamping position. Programming can be set so that the clamps open and close up to three times to make sure all joint are completely closed.

The beams close according to programming so that they contact each side of the work piece together. This feature allows the clamp to accomodate almost any type of casegoods including cases with miter corners.

At 3500kg per beam this clamp has enough pressure to clamp as many boxes as you can fit in the maximum opening.
