Interlocking Lamellar Case Clamp
The Concept Eco case clamp with
interlocking vertical and horizontal
pressure beams is specially designed
to save time and labor in small to large production plants.
Clamping pressure is applied across
the entire vertical and horizontal beams
for clamping of case goods, drawers,
etc.. A sturdy, stress free, welded steel
frame guarantees square cabinet
assembly. The clamping beams move
to position on precision trapezoidal
threaded spindles and travel at 25mm
per second. The motor load for clamping pressure is digitally regulated to minimize
the wear associated with clamps having standard clutch braking.
The lamellar case clamp is very fast because there is almost
no setup time other than positioning the beams. The ECO can clamp all the configurations shown here and many variations.

Dimensions:
Clamping dimensions: 6" min x 100-1/2" max. width
6" min. x 55" max. heifght
Weight: 4000 lbs.
Footprint: 136"x 90-9/16" x 37- 7/16"
Options:
-Cross transfer rollers .
-Legs for added height: Standard ht from floor - 300 mm available hts. 380, 400, 450,500mm
There is dual and single beam operation by six individual buttons. A zero to thirty minute timer automatically opens the clamp at the end of the cycle. The switch at the top left of the control panel allows the operator to change clamping pressures (1000kg, 1500kg, and 1800kg).

Clamp multiple cases and drawers.
(Note the laminated side and base platens.(counter pressure surfaces)

The pressure beams are weld-laminated with a 3/8 steel strip for additional clamping strength than covered with a PVC strip.
